TANDBERG Global Deployment Solutions (GDS)
The complexity of global deployment can vary from the basic delivery of a single product, to creating and managing a multiple country deployment strategy that meets specific pre-requisites, objectives and milestones. Experience has shown us that without the necessary resources and expertise, it can prove extremely time-consuming and frustrating to coordinate deployment projects, and can stretch the capabilities of even the most well organized enterprise.

TANDBERG's new and improved portfolio of deployment solutions has been created with flexibility in mind. This modular structure allows the selection of a deployment program that both fulfills the requirements of the Customer and supplements the diverse capabilities of our Partners.

There are four deployment solutions to choose from:

Global delivery
For Partners that have a multinational service capability and can install and support the product without the need to outsource these services, our Global Delivery program provides just the right level of support. It arranges the global delivery of the product directly to the Customer via our international delivery method ‘Deliver Duty Unpaid’ (excluding freight).

Global assist
When an in-country service contract is required, but not installation, the Global Assist program is the answer. This program is ideally suited to situations where the product can be installed by the originating Partner – codec integration for example, or where a product needs be installed by the Customer – restricted access locations (military) or remote locations.

Global coordinated
For Partners needing to outsource the entire deployment process to TANDBERG including the delivery, installation and local in-country support, our Global Coordinated program is the perfect solution. This is a fully coordinated service offering that provides proactive deployment management including feedback and update notification upon change in status.

Global project managed
For more complex and/or larger deployment requirements, we offer a Project Managed program. This program is a customized offering that can be built according to the needs and characteristics of the project.

TANDBERG 全球建置解決方案
全球配置的複雜程度可如運送單一產品般地簡單，亦可複雜如依特定之需求、目標及時程來建立並管理的多國配置策略。根據過去的經驗，如果沒有必要的資源及專業知識，配置計劃將會非常曠日費時且煩雜，即使是組織良好的企業亦會感到棘手。

TANDBERG全新強化的配置解決方案，擁有彈性的組織架構，可供客戶依其需求選擇適合的解決方案，並可與我們的合作伙伴相輔相成，滿足客戶的需求。

在此有四種配置解決方案可供選擇：

全球運送
TANBERG提供跨國服務包含安裝暨支援產品等；透過完善的全球運送計劃不再將這些服務外包給合作夥伴，產品也改以國際運輸方式直接送至客戶手中，運送稅未含（即不包括運費）。

全球協助
產品服務契約說明安裝是必備服務，但過去常常發生須由客戶自行安裝的狀況，舉codec整合器為例，在理想情況下該產品可由原產授權合作夥伴進行安裝，不過地點若位於限制進入的地方（軍事重地）或遠程辦公處所時就只能交由客戶處理，如今，靠著全球協助計劃解決了此項困擾。

全球協調
完善的全球協調計劃不再需要外包整個部署過程給合作夥伴，如運送、安裝和國內支援等服務；此外，TANDBERG主動提供部署管理，包括後續的回應和更新通知。

全球專案管理
為了因應客戶及合作夥伴更複雜或更大的部署要求，我們提供了全球專案管理計劃；這個客製化服務將符合本計畫的需要和特點。
